Pack your device securely and ship it to our Canarsie location in Brooklyn, NY. You are responsible for all shipping costs to send it in.
We Fix It
Our technicians get to work on your device. We'll notify you when the repair is complete and ready to ship back.
We Ship It Back
Your repaired device ships back to your address anywhere in the U.S. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be confirmed before we send it.
Express Connection Repair Services does not cover any shipping costs. The customer is fully responsible for all shipping fees in both directions — sending the device to us and return shipping after the repair is complete.
Inbound Shipping — Signature Required (Strongly Recommended)
We strongly recommend selecting Signature Required when shipping your device to us. If you choose not to add signature confirmation and your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, Express Connection Repair Services is not liable and cannot be held responsible for the missing device or its value.
Return Shipping — Signature Added by Default
When we ship your repaired device back, we automatically add Signature Required to protect your package in transit. The cost of this is included in the return shipping fee — which remains the customer's responsibility.
